Job Description
- Maintain proper HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment.
- Assist in preparation and updating of the business flowchart.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and employment law.
- Support in working with and maintaining the 401K portal.
- Keep records of benefit plans such as insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics.
- Assist in preparing reports for government compliance (EEO-1).
- Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
