Sales & Service Engineer

• Installs and services/repairs medical equipment and medical information system.
• Consults with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment during each new installation.
• Studies manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
• Able to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to repair equipment. Hands-on technical skills and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
• Provide basic user training for equipment installed to users.
• Responding to service calls from your customers, and resolving issues with equipment.
• Serves existing customers as per their needs, having a proper forecast of orders and also making them aware of any addition of a new product line.
• Establish new potential clients by planning and organizing daily customer visits.
• Submit orders as per the forecast.
• Pre-working follow-ups on government / private tenders.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports that are daily meeting/visits reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Meeting your monthly quarterly target set by your HOD
