- Monitor and control project costs by tracking expenditures and identifying deviations from approved budgets.

- Prepare regular budget reports and financial summaries to support decision-making by management.

- Analyze cost variances and investigate discrepancies to recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and accounting teams to ensure budget accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

- Utilize budgeting software and spreadsheet tools to maintain and update financial data efficiently.

- Maintain thorough documentation of budgeting processes, adjustments, and approvals to support audits and compliance.

- Support the integration of budgeting data with CRM systems such as Pipedrive to enhance project tracking and client management.

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for new projects while factoring in industry-specific pricing models and operational workflows.

- Apply accounting principles to ensure proper allocation and recording of project-related expenses.

- Continuously improve budgeting processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.

- Communicate budget updates, risks, and opportunities effectively across relevant departments to promote transparency and proactive management.
