Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online IELTS Teacher to join our team on a commission-based arrangement (not a fixed salary). This is a great opportunity for teachers who want flexible hours and growth potential.
Class Timings (Pakistan Time):
Tuesday to Saturday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Monday: Off
Mode:
100% Online Classes (Zoom/Google Meet/Other Platforms)
Both Group & Individual Sessions
Compensation:
Commission per student registration (details shared in interview).
Opportunity to shift to a fixed salary role based on performance.
Requirements:
Strong command of English (spoken & written).
Prior IELTS teaching experience (online preferred).
Ability to manage group classes and deliver individual sessions.
Stable internet connection and professional teaching setup (headset, camera, quiet environment).
Punctual, committed, and professional in communication.

Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
