Job Description

Assist the HR Manager and ED HR & Admin with all HR and Administrative functions included but not limited to:

Human Resources Tasks
  • Payroll processing (EOBI, SESSI, PF, Leave Management, Overtime, Commissions & etc)
  • Benefits induction (Mobile, Fuel, OPD & IPD administration)
  • HRMS
  • Final settlements
  • Training need Analysis (TNA)
  • Performance appraisals
  • Organizational development (OD)
  • Employee engagement activities
  • And other tasks as assigned by higher management.
Administrative Tasks
  • Fleet management
  • Inventory management
  • House-keeping management
  • Vendor management
  • Protocol management
  • Transfer and relocation management
  • And other tasks as assigned by higher management

Job Specification
