Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Video Content Speaker located in Islamabad, with the flexibility of working some hours from home. The Video Content Speaker will be responsible for presenting and narrating video content, engaging with the audience, ensuring the quality and clarity of video presentations, and staying informed about relevant real estate market trends.

Public speaking and presentation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience

Knowledge of video production and editing tools

Understanding of real estate market trends and practices

Creativity and storytelling ability

Flexibility to work both in-office and from home

Experience in content creation or real estate is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Real Estate, or related field

Strong Communication Skills – clear and confident speaking voice.

On-Camera Presence – ability to look natural, engaging, and professional on video.

Presentation Skills – appealingly delivering information.

Fluency in English/Urdu (or whichever language is required).

Basic Video Production Knowledge – familiarity with recording setups (camera, mic, lighting).

Content Creation – understanding how to engage an online audience.

Script Reading & Improvisation – comfortable with prepared scripts as well as spontaneous speaking.

Social Media Awareness – knowing what works on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.

Confidence & Charisma – able to connect with viewers.

Teamwork – collaborating with content creators, editors, and marketing teams.

Time Management – meeting deadlines for content schedules.

Adaptability – open to feedback and different content styles.
