Business Trainers - MBA Degree Holders

The Business Trainer will be responsible for training aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to successfully establish, manage, and grow businesses. The trainer will design and deliver practical training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs focused on business planning, financial management, marketing, operations, and leadership.

The goal is to empower entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required for sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

Design and deliver entrepreneurship training programs, workshops, and seminars.

Train participants in core business areas such as business planning, marketing, financial literacy, operations, and digital tools.

Provide mentorship and one-on-one coaching to entrepreneurs.

Business Establishment Guidance

Assist participants in developing viable business ideas and converting them into actionable business models.

Support in preparing business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections.

Guide entrepreneurs through business registration, legal requirements, and compliance processes.

Capacity Building

Train entrepreneurs on leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Conduct sales and customer service training for entrepreneurs and their teams.

Develop skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and online business tools.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Track participants’ progress and provide feedback on their business development journey.

Measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Report outcomes and success stories of trained entrepreneurs.

Collaboration & Networking

Build partnerships with local businesses, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Facilitate networking opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Link participants with investors, accelerators, and incubation programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in business training, entrepreneurship development, or business consulting.

Strong knowledge of business planning, finance, marketing, and operations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide aspiring entrepreneurs.

Familiarity with digital business tools, startup ecosystems, and global business trends.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in running or mentoring startups/SMEs.

Certification in entrepreneurship training, coaching, or business development.

Cross-cultural communication skills (for international entrepreneurs).
