Compensation: USD $400–600/month base + performance bonuses + team revenue bonus + extra commission on direct sales. Average salary should be minimum USD 2,000+

The Role

We need a Social Media Growth Hacker & Content Creator to scale visibility for our products and brand. You’ll design content, drive growth, and directly engage prospects across social platforms to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Create high-impact English-first content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, video, posts, case studies).

Use automation and growth-hacking tools to expand reach.

Engage prospects directly in groups, comments, and chats.

Hand over warmed leads to the sales team.

Direct engagement that converts into sales qualifies for extra commission.
