What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Sales Closer (Front Seller) who can manage leads, build relationships with potential clients, and successfully close deals with a monthly sales target of $5,000 – $10,000. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-oriented, and confident in handling B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert warm/cold leads into paying clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and pitch tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Report weekly progress on leads, pipeline, and closed deals.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer / Business Development Representative.
- Strong knowledge of handling leads from social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT, digital services, or publishing is preferred.
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
