Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and pitches.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.

Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and client discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in BBA Marketing (or equivalent).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing is a plus.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
