Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing online store operations and inventory
- Support order processing and fulfillment activities
- Help maintain product listings and ensure data accuracy on the e-commerce platform
- Coordinate with marketing to optimize online promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
