Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule client meetings
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable consultancy services
- Handle client queries, maintain regular follow-ups, and provide timely support
- Validate client information and ensure accurate data collection and recordkeeping
- Collect, review, and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients regarding visa or service-specific documentation requirements
- Perform document verification and ensure compliance with internal and legal processes
- Read, draft, and understand legal documents, agreements, and service contracts
- Track and update case progress and client interactions in internal CRM systems
- Maintain and regularly update CRM tools with call logs, status updates, and client notes
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to support ongoing sales initiatives and promotions

Product/service knowledge

Negotiation and closing skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a consultancy firm

Sales reporting and forecasting

Excellent verbal and written communication
