Zonal Sales Manager - MULTAN

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the assigned zone. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers, developing regional sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned zone.
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
5. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
6. Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance.

Graduate with minimum 8 - 10 years' experience preferably in personal care/FMCG industry.
