Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online sales and digital marketing strategies to attract and convert new customers.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Identify and pursue new online business opportunities through research, outreach, and digital engagement.
Maintain and update the company website, product listings, and online store content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital promotions to boost brand visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing materials, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
Engage with customers through social media, chat, and email, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
Manage and update CRM databases with customer information, leads, and sales progress.

Requirements & Skills
2– 3 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce (experience in B2B or packaging/restaurant supply industries is a plus).
Strong understanding of online lead generation, social media marketing, and digital outreach strategies.
Proficient in using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers online and build strong business relationships.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
Creative thinker who can develop engaging online content and promotional campaigns.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the internal team.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently; additional language skills are a plus.
