Job Description
We are a leading denim manufacturer in Pakistan since 2006, known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to the Director with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting environment to join our dynamic team in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain efficient and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively on behalf of the Director with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in managing special projects and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
