Job Description
- Ensure implementation of quality control procedures across all production stages.
- Supervise QC staff in cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing areas.
- Conduct quality inspections according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inline, end-line, and final inspections.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and R&D for resolving quality concerns.
- Monitor and control rework and rejection percentages, ensuring targets are met.
- Conduct internal trainings for QC staff on customer standards and quality metrics.
- Assist during buyer and third-party audits with required documentation and records.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong knowledge of apparel/textile/Gloves QC processes.
- Familiarity with inspection standards such as AQL, ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Team supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
