Job Description
- Monitor list of open positions and update recruitment tracker.
- Create and update Job Descriptions for all open positions.
- Design Job Posters for social media and job portals.
- Post jobs on social media platforms, Rozee.pk, and other hiring channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Make telephonic calls to shortlisted candidates for initial interviews.
- Share shortlisted profiles for review with the HR & Compliance Manager.
- Plan and arrange final interviews with management/directors.
- Prepare and record interview evaluation sheets.
- Send offer letters and follow up with selected candidates.
- Complete onboarding checklist and ensure timely joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction/orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain updated CV database for all job categories.
- Maintain department-wise strength record and update monthly.
- Support in NAVTTC/PRGMEA and other HR-related project activities.
- Follow up on assigned duties of HR & Compliance staff and update manager.
- Assist in ERP HR module updates related to hiring and organization structure.
- Coordinate probation evaluation process and KPI tracking of new hires.
- Conduct and record exit interviews of resigned employees.
- Handle full exit process: clearance, handover, and documentation.
- Maintain exit interview records and prepare analysis reports.
- Assist in annual performance evaluations and maintain evaluation data.
- Prepare and maintain department-wise manpower strength sheets (workers, staff, and management).
- Coordinate monthly verification of department-wise strength with section heads.
- Support HR & Compliance Manager in manpower planning, new position proposals, and restructuring.
- Generate monthly department-wise strength summary reports for management.
- Prepare periodic recruitment and OD reports for management.
Requirements & Skills
-Knowledge of HR (Recruitment / OD preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP & recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
