We are currently seeking an experienced Merchandiser Manager with 8 years in the textiles industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to curate optimal product selections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and inventory management.
- Forge strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for better product sourcing.
