We are now expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic professional to accelerate growth, manage dealer networks, and strengthen our presence in retail and modern trade.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and expand dealer networks to increase market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Skills

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing & Sales Manager who will drive business growth through effective field marketing, distributor management, and retail expansion. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and ready to roll up their sleeves to make things happen in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute field marketing and sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.

Visit retail outlets, dealers, and distributors regularly to promote products and strengthen relationships.

Identify new business opportunities in modern trade channels such as Metro, Imtiaz, Carrefour, and other key retail partners.

Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives across product lines to maximize revenue.

Manage existing distributor accounts and ensure timely restocking, merchandising, and visibility in stores.

Conduct field surveys to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and seasonal marketing activities.

Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and share actionable insights with management.

Support the management in achieving sales targets across major cities, especially Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in FMCG, apparel, or retail marketing/sales.

Proven experience in field marketing, dealer management, and modern trade.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel frequently across major cities (especially Karachi).

Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results and revenue growth.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
