Foreman / Supervisor

We are manfacturing and construction company, We need a supervisor to manage our matter know how about civil works and skills for coordinate people,deal offices, and having own bike.

Al Imran Carpets, located in Rawalpindi, is a leading company in the carpets industry specializing in import, manufacturing, and retail. We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Supervisor with a solid background in the Information Technology and Services industry to oversee our operations and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and manage the production team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate between departments to streamline processes.
- Monitor project progress and report to upper management.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills.
- Implement technology solutions to improve productivity.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role (3 years minimum).
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with information technology systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
