Flights Way is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to lead our visa department as the Head of Visit Visa & Holiday Planning at our Giga Mall office. We are looking for a candidate with proven expertise to manage and oversee all non-work visa and holiday planning operations.

Requirements & Skills

Visa Expertise & Leadership: Take charge of the entire visa application process for all categories excluding Work Visas or Work Permits (e.g., tourist, visit, family, spouse visas).

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in all client files, including financial documents, to minimize rejection risk.

Holiday & Travel Arrangement: Expertly handle hotel bookings, travel insurance, and the creation of customized international holiday packages.

Client Consultation: Provide professional, up-to-date advice to clients regarding visa requirements, policies, and travel options.

Quality Control: Identify potential file weaknesses and recommend corrections or stronger documentation to ensure a high success rate.
