As the Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding HYADES’s presence across industrial sectors, generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Job Description:
HYADES Industrial Solutions is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive new business opportunities across industrial sectors including oil & gas, construction, metal recycling and process industries.
The ideal candidate will combine business development expertise with a strong understanding of process engineering concepts and design tools. You will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and establish communication with decision-makers to promote HYADES’s range of industrial solutions, engineered systems, and technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities across process and industrial sectors.
Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Communicate effectively with engineering, procurement, and management contacts to understand technical needs.
Support preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns to promote HYADES products and services.
Maintain and organize CRM/lead databases for tracking and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly progress reports on outreach activities and results.
Assist in creating or editing basic graphics for emails or proposals (when required).
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B business development and lead generation, ideally in industrial or engineering services.
Understanding of process engineering principles or exposure to design tools (Aspen HYSYS, or similar) is a strong asset.
Proficiency with client outreach and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present technical offerings clearly.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering.
Min 3 Years experience in technical sales, industrial supply, or engineering consultancy.
Familiarity with digital outreach strategies and remote collaboration platforms.
