Job Description
:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process- from job postings and candidate screening to interview scheduling and coordination.
- Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Develop and regularly update organizational charts (organograms) for all departments.
- Develop and maintain a Recruitment Matrix to track job vacancies, hiring progress, candidate status, and recruitment timelines.
- Create and revise job descriptions (JDs) to ensure role clarity and alignment.
- Prepare and track probation evaluation forms and outcomes.
- Manage the issuance and renewal of employee ID cards and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in managing the student internship and MTO programs.
- Represent the company at career fairs and similar events.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Timings: 09:00am to 05:00pm
Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
