We’re Hiring: Part-Time HR Officer (Evening Shift | On-Site | Female Preferred)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR
Job Type: Part-Time (On-Site)

Flexible Working Hours & Salary Options

We’re offering two evening shift options to suit your availability and goals:

Option 1: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday) — 4 hours/day
Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – 35,000/month.

Option 2: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday) — 6 hours/day
Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 45,000/month.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Assist with policy implementation and compliance
Organize HR engagement activities and support a positive work culture
Coordinate between departments for smooth HR operations
Monitor attendance and assist with payroll-related tasks
Propose and help implement HR process improvements

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic HR tools
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Comfortable with evening shift (6:00 PM–10:00 PM or 6:00 PM–12:00 AM)
Must be willing to work on-site in Wapda Town, Lahore

Preference for candidates living in or near Wapda Town
