Duties:
1) Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products. To increase primary & secondary sales.
2) Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
3) Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
4) Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
5) Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
6) Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
7) Allocating areas to sales representatives.
8) Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
9) Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
10) Collecting customer feedback and market research.
11) Reporting to senior managers.
12) Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
13) To appoint distributors
14) Ensure targeted outlet coverage, product availability and visibility.
15) Ensure that accounts receivables are collected on time and do not contribute to the build-up of overdue outstanding.
