Job Description

Please note its not a job related to Accounts and Finance Department, its a Sales related job. Only relevant profiles will be entertained please.

Following are the job requirements:

Education: Preferably MBA or at least a bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3-5 Years, in FMCG sector.
Salary: Market Competitive.

Duties
:
1) Assist Sales Manager in developing and defining budgeted Annual Sales Plan for Key Accounts IMT/LMT Channel.
2) Develop an internal plan for Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) activities based on the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and discuss it with the Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) Team.
3) Develop an internal plan for Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) activities based on the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and discuss it with the Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) Team.
4) Plan and execute strategies to sell products into International Modern Trade Outlets, and Local Modern Trade Outlets, as per Annual Operating Plans in coordination with Sales Manager.
5) Develop and operationalize retailer partner programs with Key Accounts to hit sales targets.
6) Development and execution of Merchandising Plans for Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) in coordination with Trade Marketing and Sales Manager IMT/LMT.
7) Provide leadership and guidance to the Key Accounts team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution.
8) Keep a vigilant eye regarding the opening of new and closing of existing retail outlets.
9) Ensure proper retail coverage, shelf care and market share through effective coverage planning.
10) Establish and maintain personal relationships with relevant representatives of Key retailer Account, particularly with key decision-makers.
11) Implement the plan through the Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) Team and fill any gaps or variances in the targets.
13) Pass on all vital information pertaining to company’s products progress and competitors’ activities, to the Sales manager through proper written reports.
14) Ensure all promotional schemes are implemented successfully in the respective Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) Outlets.
15) Responsible to ensure proper record keeping and upkeep of company assets placed at different Key Accounts.
16) Carefully review incidents of counterfeits and or infringements. Evaluate each incident in terms of its intensity and frequency. Report the major incidents or more frequent incidents to the Sales Manager IMT/LMT and take actions in consultation with him.
17) Handle any customer complaints and all related matters amicably and timely.
18) Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior as and when required.
