Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote PentaExpress services.
- Generate new leads and nurture warm and cold leads into successful sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database using software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services, pricing, and processes.
Requirements & Skills
- Fresh or 1 year of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.
