Location: Remote (Pakistan – Must work US Eastern Time)

Compensation: Starting from Rs. 80,000 PKR ( dependent on experience) + Bonuses

Role Type: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE

WebBrixx is a high-demand, done-for-you tech implementation agency serving entrepreneurs who expect speed, accuracy, and professionalism. We operate across multiple brands (WebBrixx, Quest for Clients, No Bull Biz Launch) and manage a growing client base with complex technical needs.

We are hiring an Operations Manager who will take full ownership of the fulfillment pipeline from:

Sales → CASM handoff
CASM → Tech workflow
Tech → Vendor execution
Vendor → QA
QA → Delivery

This is not a generic VA or coordination role. This is an OPERATOR ROLE. You must have a proven experience of leading a team of at least 7-10 people under you.

You must also be fluent in English, both written and verbal, as you will manage communication across teams, clients and vendors.

You will run the daily operational execution of the business:

Enforce SLAs
Ensure ticket velocity
Remove bottlenecks
Balance team workload
Enforce productivity
Manage daily standups
Monitor vendor performance
Deliver daily reports
Prevent client escalations before they occur

You are the backbone of fulfillment. You own operational momentum. If fulfillment slows down, you fix it. If a team member is idle, you correct it. If a ticket stalls, you move it.

Your performance directly affects client satisfaction, team efficiency, and revenue retention.
