Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote courier and logistics services.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to build strong relationships and ensure conversions.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.
