Location: Remote (Pakistan – Must work US Eastern Time)
Compensation: Starting from Rs. 55,000 PKR ( dependent on experience) + Bonuses
Role Type: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE
WebBrixx is a high-demand, done-for-you tech implementation agency serving entrepreneurs who expect speed, accuracy, and professionalism. We operate across multiple brands (WebBrixx, Quest for Clients, No Bull Biz Launch) and manage a growing client base with complex technical needs.
This is not a customer support seat. This is a full accountability operator role.
We are hiring a Client Account Success Manager who will take immediate ownership of a portfolio of around 25 active clients, including stable accounts, stalled accounts and at risk (Red/Grey) accounts.
You are responsible for:
- Revenue retention
- Client satisfaction
- Ticket movement
- Project velocity
- Escalation management
- Upsell opportunities
You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, as you will be communicating directly with clients and managing sensitive accounts.
Your job is simple: protect MRR, stabilise accounts quickly and drive outcomes.
