Location: Remote (Pakistan – Must work US Eastern Time)

Compensation: Starting from Rs. 55,000 PKR ( dependent on experience) + Bonuses

Role Type: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE

WebBrixx is a high-demand, done-for-you tech implementation agency serving entrepreneurs who expect speed, accuracy, and professionalism. We operate across multiple brands (WebBrixx, Quest for Clients, No Bull Biz Launch) and manage a growing client base with complex technical needs.

We are hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant at an operator level, not a basic VA seat. You will support the Founder across three fast moving brands and manage the operational, administrative and organisational backbone of the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Documenting the company’s processes
  • Structuring the Founder’s workflow and decisions
  • Running the admin side of the sales process
  • Managing all inboxes across three brands
  • Ensuring no deliverable or communication slips
  • Keeping the Founder focused, accountable and on track
  • Eliminating bottlenecks
  • Reducing complexity
  • Enforcing organisation in a high velocity environment

You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, as you will manage communication, documentation and coordination across multiple teams and brands.
