Human Resource Assistant – Job Description

Position Overview:

The Human Resource Assistant Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee relations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.

Maintain and update employee records.

Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.

Manage attendance, leave applications, and maintain up-to-date HR databases.Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and department.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of HR experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
