What you’ll be doing
Inbound Telecom Sales Campaign
- Work on an inbound telecom sales campaign handling high call volumes.
- Make and receive calls and support through Live CHAT and calls.
- Deliver results through negotiation and closing of telecom products and services.
- Proactively propose ideas and solutions to improve customer experience.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced contact center environment.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Proven sales experience in telecommunications or related field (minimum 1 year contact center experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English or strong spoken English acceptable for fresh candidates.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (night shift schedule).
- Familiarity with telecom products and services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and provide Live CHAT support.
