1) troubleshooting/providing support on hardware, Desktop, network related issues.
2) Should be able to handle demanding users in different locations, willing to travel if required.

Job Specification
1) Graduation in Computer science/IT systems.
2) MCP/CCNA Certification.
3) 2-5 years experience in troubleshooting/providing support on hardware, Desktop, network related issues.
