YouTube Content Operator (Script + Voice Over + Editing + Thumbnail) – Full-Time Monthly Role (Females Preferred)
Role Overview
We are building a faceless YouTube documentary-style channel focused on psychology, analysis, and high-retention storytelling.
This is a full-time, long-term, monthly role.
This is NOT freelance or per-video work.
We are looking for a disciplined content operator who can follow a structured SOP and handle the end-to-end content workflow under guidance.
Work Hours & Availability
Working time: 9 hours per day
Full-time monthly commitment
Long-term collaboration preferred

Monthly Responsibilities (End-to-End Workflow)
You will be responsible for the following, under our guidance and SOP:
Script Writing
We will guide you on:
Topic selection
Structure
Hooks
Pacing
You will write the script accordingly
Focus on clarity, engagement, and psychology-driven storytelling
Voice Over Creation
Clear, neutral, engaging voice
Calm documentary tone
Clean audio with no background noise
Video Editing
Final video length: 10–15 minutes
Calm, clean, documentary style
Strong pacing and engagement
Visuals must match narration properly
No flashy effects or cinematic editing
Thumbnail Creation
High-CTR focused
Simple, bold, curiosity-driven
Must follow provided thumbnail SOP
All work must strictly follow the provided SOP.
Monthly Output Expectations
Depending on experience and speed:
Junior level: 15 complete videos per month
Intermediate level: 30-40 complete videos per month
A “complete video” includes:
Script
Voice over
Edited long-form video
Thumbnail
Pay Structure (Monthly Fixed – Transparent)
Monthly pay is based on experience, consistency, and SOP adherence.
Salary range:
Entry / Junior level: 25,000 PKR
SOP-compliant level: 30,000–35,000 PKR
High-quality, consistent performer: up to 40,000 PKR (maximum cap)
This is a fixed monthly role.
30-Day Probation Period
The first 30 days are probation.
During probation:
Performance, discipline, and SOP adherence are evaluated
Quality and speed must improve week by week
Repeated mistakes or missed deadlines may lead to replacement
Confirmation of long-term role and final salary tier happens after successful probation.
Demo Process (Mandatory, No Paid Trial)
Shortlisted candidates will receive:
A topic
Script guidance
Raw footage link
Editing and thumbnail instructions
Demo task:
Create a 30–60 second sample
Include:
Script excerpt
Voice over
Basic edit
Sample thumbnail
Important:
No payment for demo submissions
Demo is only for evaluation
Passing the demo leads to onboarding
Important Clarifications
Please do NOT apply if you:
Charge per video or per thumbnail
Expect payment based on YouTube revenue
Prefer creative freedom over SOPs
Cannot handle script + voice + edit + thumbnail workflow
Are not available for full-time (9 hours/day) work
