We are building a faceless YouTube documentary-style channel focused on psychology, analysis, and high-retention storytelling. This is a full-time, long-term, monthly role. We will guide you on: Topic selection, structure, hooks, pacing. You will write the script accordingly. Focus on clarity, engagement, and psychology-driven storytelling.
Voice Over Creation
Clear, neutral, engaging voice. Calm documentary tone. Clean audio with no background noise.
Video Editing
Final video length: 10–15 minutes. Calm, clean, documentary style. Strong pacing and engagement. Visuals must match narration properly. No flashy effects or distracting overlays.
Thumbnail Creation
Create clear, clickable thumbnails that match the video content and maintain channel branding consistency.
Performance & Process
Follow SOP-based execution. Instructions will not be repeated. Professional communication required. Improve speed and quality over time. Performance is reviewed regularly.
