Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter (5 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.
