MoneyPex is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and assist businesses in selecting the right software solutions. This position is perfect for fresh graduates who want to start their career in software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, and chat inquiries from potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate MoneyPex software solutions.
Provide product information and online demonstrations (if required).
Maintain customer details and sales activities in CRM software.
Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Accounting, Marketing, or a related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
