Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form YouTube videos with professional quality standards

Create engaging thumbnails, intro/outro sequences, and motion graphics

Work with provided scripts, footage, and creative direction to produce compelling content

Apply color correction, audio enhancement, and visual effects as needed

Ensure consistent branding and quality across all video content

Maintain organized project files and efficient workflow management

Meet deadlines consistently while delivering high-quality output

Collaborate with the content team to optimize videos for maximum audience engagement

Essential:

Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience

Proficiency in at least one major editing software: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual presentation

Access to own PC or Mac with adequate specifications for video editing

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Ability to work night shift (8 PM - 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred:

Experience editing YouTube content specifically

Knowledge of YouTube SEO and optimization best practices

Basic motion graphics and animation skills

Experience with After Effects for visual effects

Portfolio demonstrating diverse editing styles

Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats
