What you’ll be doing
24/7/365 Coverage
Operations centers are continuously staffed to ensure constant protection.
Signal Reception
The monitoring center receives signals from client alarm systems when a sensor is triggered (e.g., door opening, motion detection, smoke detection).
Professional Operators
Highly trained personnel use specialized technology to monitor incoming signals and follow strict protocols for response.
Incident Response
If a genuine threat is confirmed, the operator initiates a rapid response, including notifying local emergency services (police, fire department, MRF).
