Own and drive B2B client acquisition end-to-end. This is a revenue leadership role, not support.
Responsibilities
Prospect and close software companies (20–200 employees)
Engage Founders, CTOs, HR Heads
Close recruitment agreements (permanent & contract)
Build and manage sales pipeline
Work closely with recruiters to deliver roles
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
5+ years B2B sales / BD experience
IT recruitment or staffing background preferred
Strong cold outreach & closing skills
Excellent English communication
Self-driven, target-focused mindset
Compensation
High commission / revenue-share
No earning cap
Flexible hours, remote-friendly
