Job Description:
K3 Agro Solutions, established in 2016, is the brainchild of a 3rd generation farmer dedicated to the dairy farming industry. Based in Kasur, we specialize in providing high-quality silage feed solutions to enhance productivity and efficiencies for dairy farms. We manage the entire value chain, producing quality corn on 1500 acres to ensure top-grade silage for our clients. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the dairy farming sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality meets client needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong understanding of the farming industry, particularly dairy farming.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
