- Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials.
- Maintain communication with participants and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks independently.
