Digital Lucent is a creative agency that provides clients with custom graphic design and animation services. We are expanding our team and are looking to hire dedicated chat support agents who can handle professional communication and sales with clients.

Position: Sales & Support Agent (Chat Based)

Location: Gulshan - e - Iqbal Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shifts Available:

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Night: 10:30 PM – 07:00 AM

Salary & Benefits:

• Fresh Candidates:
• Basic Salary: PKR 15,000
• Commission: Up to 10%
• Training: 1 week (sales & communication basics)
• Candidates with Discord and Twitch experience will get:
• Basic Salary: PKR 25,000
• Commission: 15% – 20% (based on performance & targets)

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Matric (higher education preferred)
• Good communication skills in English
• Sales oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• Punctual, dedicated, and able to follow office SOPs
• Prior experience in chat support or sales is a plus
