Compensation: Month 1: No Basic Salary (Incentives per Admission)
• Month 2 Onwards: Fixed Basic Salary started based on 1st-month performance + Incentives

Job Overview
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator (AKTI) is looking for a motivated and energetic Admission Officer to join our Peshawar Campus. This is an ideal role for fresh graduates who are confident in their communication skills and want to build a career in the education and tech sector.

Salary & Growth Structure
We offer a performance-based pathway to permanent employment:
• Initial Month: Focus on results. You will receive incentives for every admission with no fixed basic salary.
• Career Progression: Based on your performance and target achievement in the first month, a Basic Salary will be initiated from the second month.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students about IT and professional courses.
• Convert inquiries (walk-ins and calls) into successful enrollments.
• Maintain records of daily leads and follow-ups.
• Represent the Arfa Karim brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
• Education: Fresh Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and fluent communication (Pashto/Urdu).
• Attitude: Goal-oriented, hardworking, and ready to take on a challenge.
