About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Content & Operations Specialist to support the daily operation of our platform.
This role combines content management, research, and platform operations. You will work closely with the founder to review articles, enrich advisor listings, research professional services topics, and ensure that all content on the website is accurate, clear, and well-structured.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with content, learning new industries, and helping build a digital product from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management
- Edit and improve long-form articles related to corporate tax, accounting, and legal services
- Review AI-generated drafts and refine them into high-quality, human-readable content
- Structure content for web presentation (headings, flow, clarity)
- Ensure consistency across all published content
Research & Quality Control
- Research UAE accounting, tax, and legal topics
- Verify information using official and reliable sources
- Add missing insights or practical explanations where needed
- Ensure service descriptions reflect real-world practices
Directory & Platform Operations
- Assist with creating and enriching advisor profiles
- Organize services, specializations, and categories
- Support verification workflows (licenses, registrations, public listings)
- Maintain data quality across the platform
Platform Support
- Work inside the CMS to publish and update content
- Help onboard professional firms
- Support UX improvements based on content insights
What This Role Is Not
- Not accounting
- Not bookkeeping
- Not sales
This is a content + research + digital operations role.
