Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

Innovative Software Solution is looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

The SQA Engineer will design and execute test plans, document defects, and collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Conduct manual and basic automated testing
• Perform security and performance testing
• Report and document defects clearly and accurately
• Use reporting and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) to track and communicate issues
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to improve software quality

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 1+ year of QA/testing experience
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Familiarity with security and performance testing
• Knowledge of test plans, test strategies, and reporting tools
• Strong bug reporting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills
