Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visual content for digital platforms including social media and company websites.
- Create print marketing materials such as logos, flyers, banners, presentations, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative concepts and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all designs comply with established brand guidelines.
- Manage and lead a team of 10 design professionals, providing guidance and ensuring projects meet quality and deadline requirements.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools to create and refine graphic elements.
- Apply principles of typography, color theory, layout design, and user interface to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
- Prepare designs for print and digital use, including prepress and print production processes to ensure flawless output.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and make revisions to final designs to meet project and client specifications.
