What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for call center team attendance, scheduling, and discipline management.

2. Organize daily morning and evening meetings and performance reviews.

3. Develop and implement team KPIs, and track daily/weekly performance data.

4. Responsible for new employee training and on-the-job coaching.

5. Control team turnover rate and handle employee exceptions.

Experience Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in online gambling/iGaming telemarketing

- 1+ years of experience managing a telemarketing team (5–20 people preferred)

- Familiar with player psychology and conversion logic

- Real-world case studies of leading a team to achieve performance targets

- Age: 25–40 years old

- Education: College diploma or above

- Languages: English + Urdu

- Experience in Call Center/Telemarketing team management

- Experience managing teams of 20 or more people

- Strong stress resistance, results-oriented
