Kavelogics is hiring 2 Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our on-site team in Lahore.

Position: Business Development Associate

Working Hours:
Male Candidate: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Female Candidate: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Upwork and LinkedIn
Bid on Upwork projects and manage proposals effectively
Handle LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
Communicate with international clients professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Mandatory: Prior experience in a software house is a must
