Farm Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Good understanding of corporate sector practices and professional work culture.
Overall management and supervision of dairy and agriculture operations.
Ability to manage staff, including hiring, termination, and performance control.
Strong knowledge of the agriculture sector, especially maize crop cultivation.
Basic account management, including petty cash handling and routine operational expenses.
Effective stock and inventory management.
Supervision of livestock, particularly cows, including feeding and milking operations.
Management of premises, including construction, repairs, and maintenance through labor.

Requirments:
Must be Graduate. (Relevant degree will be preferred)
8-10 years of proven experience to manage dairy & Agri sector independently.
Age should not be less than 35 years
